From open-air pool renovations and conversions into natural water parks to constructed wetlands and sewage sludge humification plants
Ingenieurgesellschaft für Umweltplanung mbH (INFU) is the planning unit within THE PAULY GROUP.
Our consulting engineers lay the groundwork for providing advice, planning and handling the application procedure for ecotechnological plants. Currently, these projects typically involve constructed wetlands, sewage sludge humification plants and natural water parks. We naturally welcome enquiries about other types of engineering projects, however.
The seasoned and experienced environmental engineers from INFU prepare feasibility analyses, handle the often time-consuming approval procedure on behalf of customers, complete intervention and compensation planning, and also take responsibility for profitability calculations. Not least because well-planned and well-executed ecotechnological plants offer municipalities, associations and companies substantial long-term savings.
The experienced and highly qualified team at INFU, the consulting engineers unit in THE PAULY GROUP, includes engineers, architects and landscape designers.
More about Ingenieurgesellschaft für Umweltplanung mbH (INFU)
INFU’s long history started in 1981 with its formation by a group of alumni from the postgraduate ‘Ecological Environmental Preservation’ course at the University of Kassel. The company grew to become a specialist in the development and planning of ecotechnological plants.
In its years of business as the planning unit within THE PAULY GROUP, INFU mbH has implemented over 200 constructed wetlands and over 85 sewage sludge humification plants for cities and municipalities throughout Europe, with a total population equivalent of over 1.3 million. This makes INFU mbH the uncontested number 1 within this sector.
In 2000, INFU mbH expanded its service spectrum to include the natural water parks segment. A joint project with EKO-PLANT GmbH produced a new wastewater treatment model in the shape of the Geomatrix® ground filter, whose innovative mechanism of action reflects the sum total of many years of engineering experience in wastewater treatment. In the field of wastewater treatment, INFU mbH is one of the leading consulting engineers with extensive engineering expertise and a strong network of cooperation partners.
In 2004, INFU mbH was certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 with the business units ‘Planning and Construction’ and ‘PLANCO-TEC - Analytics and Laboratory’.
